NET Program

The NET Credit program relies upon the talents and shared experiences of our current students, parents/guardians and faculty. The idea behind the program is for current members of the school community to receive a tuition discount after eligible new students are referred to attend St. John the Evangelist School. For each new eligible student that meets the criteria outlined below, the referring parent/guardian or teacher may be eligible to receive a NET that can be applied to tuition expenses for the following school year.

Eligibility: All who have children enrolled or are teachers during the 2020-2021 academic year are eligible to participate in the NET program.

Students Eligible to be Referred: Any prospective student that is not a current 2020-2021 student and is not a sibling of a current or former St. John the Evangelist School student, may constitute an eligible referral.

Guidelines:

Guidelines: A qualifying “newly enrolled” student must successfully complete the 2020-2021 academic year at St. John the Evangelist School. The NET credits will be earned and applied in September 2021 when the referred student re-registers for the new school year (unless the referred student has graduated in which case the credit is automatically considered earned). The TADS Enrollment Application of a “new” student must list the name of the parent/guardian or teacher who referred said student at the time of submission for such parent/guardian or teacher to receive the tuition discount. If the student has been referred by more than one parent/guardian or teacher, the Application must list all parents/guardians or teachers who referred said student. In the case where more than one eligible parent/guardian or teacher makes a referral, a single NET Credit will be split equally between the qualifying parents/guardians or teachers. There is no cash value to the NET and no cash will be paid to any referring family by St. John the Evangelist School. All discounts awarded under the NET program will be in the form of tuition discounts, as described herein. In the event that a referring parent/guardian or teacher does not have a child enrolled in St. John the Evangelist School during the school year when the credit is awarded, the referring family may choose to apply the NET to the tuition of a specific family, or the amount of the NET will be allocated to a fund, designated by the pastor.

NET Amount: $800.00 per each eligible new student referred. The total amount of a parent’s/guardian’s or teacher’s NET will be based upon the number of new students referred by such parent/guardian or teacher.

Restrictions: Any and all persons involved in the registration and enrollment process are not eligible for this award. St. John the Evangelist School also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or discontinue the NET program at any time. If the program is discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on an individual basis at the discretion of the program’s Administration.

This New Enrollment Tuition Discount program is an effort by the School Board to help curb the cost of rising tuition by reaching full enrollment. Please join with us in embracing this program, and thank you for allowing us the opportunity to teach and mentor your children.
